Responsibilities: A Sr. Sales Recruiter (SR) is responsible for managing the relationship between managers and candidates. The SR is accountable for directly sourcing the candidates presented to our managers through existing relationships and following through during that relationship. A SR is expected to be embedded in market and leverage relationships to identify minimum production standards and cultural fit. A SR is always expected to maintain an active pipeline of 25 candidates and is expected monthly conversation rates to be managed to 25% or more. This is a headhunter, take initiative role: must cold call and be proactive, not passive recruiting.
Weekly activity expectations:
- 10 Candidate meetings set up per week (50% 1st and 50% 2nd+) in priority markets
- 5-10 Meaningful conversations per day
- 25 New contacts with qualified candidate per week
- Weekly pipeline review with manager
- Salary- 70k-90k base
