The Qualtrics Finance Team is looking for that special someone to accompany the number crunching group. Do you want to have a huge impact on the company’s financial practice? We have aggressive financial growth happening right now and we need the right person to join our unstoppable force.
We are looking for a full-time Accounts Receivable/Renewals Specialist who knows how to communicate with sales representatives, and make billing a blast for our clients. If you have a Bachelor’s degree or are graduating this coming Spring/Summer, Qualtrics could be the place you’ve been dreaming of.
Expectations for Success
You’ll know you’re doing an excellent job when all your clients look forward to your calls. You’ll be analytical, organized and be able to communicate effectively both written and verbally. You can talk numbers, have possible experience in accounts receivable and have the ability to collect a thrilling amount of cash!
A Day in the Life
- You will assist in billing all new sales
- Work collaboratively with our high-energy sales representatives who close deals all day, every single day
- Record and apply payments
- Respond professionally to client requests on time
- Make following up on past due payments a bonding and pleasing experience between you and our clients
- Provide periodic cash flow updates and other key performance indicator to our talented senior management
- Collaborate closely cross-functionally
