Join the Postmates Partner Team as an Account Manager and help us give our merchant partners an unparalleled experience with Postmates.

Our Merchant Partners are critical to the success of Postmates, and we need a strong, dedicated Account Manager to support and grow their business on our platform.  You will be part advocate, part detective, and use data driven recommendations to support your portfolio of top tier partners. Our best Account Managers are self-motivated, data-driven, and have exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.


  • Manage a portfolio of brands focusing on growing their business and improving Postmates margins
  • Set and track account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Identifying strategic opportunities within their local markets, working cross functionally with our field and communications teams
  • Engage with your portfolio to understand opportunities for improvement, relaying those opportunities to our product team to build better features and products
  • Act as the Partner’s point of contact handling inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing solutions in a timely manner
  • Analyze your portfolio’s strengths and weaknesses, providing recommendations on how to capitalize on the strengths or how to improve what is not a good fit


  • 2+ years experience in Account Management
  • BA/BS Degree
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and analytical; with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy with Mac, iOS, and Android
  • Knowledge of CRM software, preferably Salesforce
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • Someone who thrives in a fast past, quickly evolving environment
